This page describes the HV hole masks used during module flex attach assembly.
Overview
The HV hole mask material is available at CERN and can be provided on request to assembly and testing sites.
Note
Requests should be coordinated through the usual logistics channels.
Material can be distributed on a per-site basis depending on demand.
Usage
The HV hole masks are used to mask the HV hole during gluing.
For cutting the masks, the same Silhouette tool used for Parylene masking tape should be employed.
Cutting Instructions
The program for cutting the HV hole masks is provided below and can be imported directly into the Silhouette Studio software.
A screenshot of the recommended settings is also shown for reference.
