📦 Return Procedure

Sites are requested to return empty gel packs approximately once per month.

Steps to follow:
1. Place the empty gel packs in a sealed plastic bag (inside the clean room).
2. Prepare a well-protected package for shipping.
3. Include a label inside and outside the package:

Gel packs originating from IZM should be shipped to Bonn:
