Overview
This page summarizes the discussion regarding the recommended pull test values and the differences currently observed between the EDMS assembly instructions and the module QC analysis tools (mqat).
- EDMS document (AT2-IP-AP-0004) is OUTDATED (02.10.2025). It specifies:
- Average pull strength: ≥ 8 g

mqat analysis_cuts.json follows the current recommendation (02.10.2025). It specifies:
- Average pull strength: ≥ 7 g
- Minimum pull strength: ≥ 4 g

Pull tests and the Yield Task Force (YTF) recommendations were discussed recently during a Quad Module Assembly Topical Meeting on Pull Tests (March 2025, Indico).
Current Recommendation
According to the Yield Task Force (YTF) recommendations, the mqat values are correct.
The EDMS assembly instructions are out of date and should not be used as reference.
